  - Talk to Submerged Iwin  (icecastle 144, 212) to go at jor_twice.
  - Talk to Cororo at (jor_twice 241, 104) and choose to hunt Rgan's.

    * You have to hunt 15x Elite Rgan Warlock.
  - Talk to Cororo again to finish the quest.

  - Talk to Duck Ryo in (icas_in 100, 62) You need the new Passwort and Answer from him. Those change every day.
  - Click on the 3th  Option to retrieve information from a Iwin. You will get coordinates where you need to travel.

  - Go the place and you will get asked to give him the answer. Type in the answer you got from Duck Ryo back them.
  - After retrieving the information, go back to Duck Ryo to get your rewards.

  - Talk to Chi Chi Ling (icecastle 75, 126).
